1. Agreement and Acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and BabySteps Health Inc., a Delaware Incorporated company (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), governing your use of our messaging-based app for connecting pregnant women with experts (“App” or “Website”), associated services, and related content (collectively, “Services”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the mobile or web App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We may update these Terms periodically and notify you via email, App notifications, or other means. Continue use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.

2. Alpha Testing Phase
The App is currently in an alpha testing phase, which will run for two months starting Feb 1st, 2025. During this period:
- A limited number of users will be onboarded to help us refine the App based on usage and engagement patterns.
- The App will be free to use during the alpha testing phase.
- Feedback and insights from users will be used solely to improve the App.
By participating in the alpha testing phase, you acknowledge that the App is a work in progress and may contain bugs or incomplete features. Your participation does not guarantee continued access once the alpha phase ends
3. Services Disclaimer
The App and Services provided by the Company or its users are not substitutes for licensed medical care. You should always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical advice. The app will answer your common pregnancy questions but is not a substitute for medical advice. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
4. Use at Your Own Risk
While we aim to provide helpful information, the App cannot guarantee specific health or well-being outcomes. Use the App and Services at your sole risk. The Company disclaims all liability for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided.
5. Registration and Eligibility
To use the App, you must:
- Be at least 20 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Your account must not be shared with others. Misrepresentation or unauthorized use of the App may result in termination of your account.
6. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Misuse or exploit the App for unauthorized purposes.
- Share harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
- Reverse-engineer or copy App functionalities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to BabySteps Health, Inc. and is protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant the Company a license to use it for operational and promotional purposes. We may review or remove user content at our discretion.
9. Privacy and Security
Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account by contacting us at [email protected]. The Company may also terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or inactivity during the alpha testing phase.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality during or after the alpha phase.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability for damages arising from your use of the App shall not exceed $100.
13. Feedback
During the alpha testing phase, you may provide feedback. By submitting feedback, you grant the Company rights to use it for improvement purposes without compensation.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
